Ringtone makers?

I been looking on the windows store and I find many limited in features to create a ringtone out of my music. None offer the ability to fade a ring tone in or out or both. Unless I'm not looking hard enough is there one that does just that? Even the ringtone maker from Microsoft is just basic and rather sad. Any recommendations? Thanks
