Ringtone program

I'm not sure if I should post this here or in applications. I have several ringtones. I make my own using audacity. I have a Treo 800. What I want is the ringtone I had on my Sanyo 6000. I know seveal sanyo phones have it. I think it would be more of a program than a ringtone. When someone called it would announce who it was by name from your contacts. If your contacts had a listing such as "John Smith", when John called a voice would announce, "call from....John Smith". It was nice because if your phone was on your belt, you wouldn't have to take it off to see who was calling.
