RM-937/940 Differences

What exactly is the difference between the ATT models RM-937/940?
Anything besides the memory?

New owner of a 1520 but long supporter of WP and Nokia

RM-938 - US version
RM-939 - WCDMA HSPA+ version
RM-940 - AT&T version

AT&T version has a non Qi wireless charging standard, 16GB at launch but think 32GB now available, Global RM-937 has Qi charging and 32GB, Think that's about it

I tried flashing an AT&T version with a global RM-937 and you can't move forward. The NSC software will recognize the type of product you have and what firmware is trying to be install. If they don't match it will give you some id errors. I gave up.

AT&T think 32GB now available, Think that's about it

I have the 32GB AT&T one, comes in black only.. As far as I know, only online...
