Rogers Windows Phone 8X on Wind?

Newbie here. Rogers' website says that this has an AWS band. If I get the phone unlocked, will it work on Wind Mobile?
* GSM/EDGE Bands:850/900/1800/1900
* HSPA+/HSPA Bands:850/1900/2100
* LTE Bands:700/850/AWS/1900

As WavingReds said, it won't work on Wind's network. It needs to support UMTS band IV (1700 MHz) instead of band II (1900 MHz).

Does anyone know why the 3G 1700 Mhz band 4 alone is blocked? The same is true in several model phones including other manufacturers. Any specific reason anyone know? (Though most/if not all of them work 1700 LTE)
