Roku app won't download...windows phone 8.1

So my Lumia 521 finally updated to 8.1, but ever since I've been unable to update or reinstall my Roku app. It said there was an update, but it would get stuck in pending status. Didn't matter if I'm on WiFi or not. I've deleted the app, but now can't re-install it. Keeps getting stuck in pending mode. Doesn't matter if I try installing to sd card or phone. Anyone else seeing this happen?

Have you tried restarting your phone and then reinstalling the app? How about your date and time settings are they accurate?

Yeah, I've tried restarting it several times. Days and time are accurate.
...funny thing. Just tried to install it again and it worked just fine. Weird. I guess the 10th times the charm. Thanks for the reply though.
