Rotation Lock

I was under the impression that rotation lock will be included in gdr2, when is this feature coming out?

The next update aka GDR3. Should receive the update before the end of the year.

I would expect GDR3 to come to most people in January and maybe Feb. No way they can pop that out soon. Only phones that would have it by the end of year IMO are the new devices. Like the phablet. And the Lumia 830, 930 and such.
