Win10 64
Having a problem with storing passwords in Win10, it offers but doesn't save any.
Tried opening the credential manager and received the above error, which makes sense to me as to why the passwords aren't being stored.
Checked the responsible processes like RPCSS, DCOM, RPCENDPOINT and all of them are automatic and running.
Reset the firewall to standard settings to no avail.
All of the registry settings for the associated processes have a start code of 2, which is normal.
There are no disabled services.
Any ideas?
