RT version of IE?

I just realized that my Surface 3 doesn't have the mobile version of IE. Why did they not include it? I had it on a previous Windows 8 pro tablet and found it useful to have both. Any way of getting it?

Make IE your default browser. I'd you have set another browser like Chrome as the default, IE will not open in RT mode.
