Ruggedized phone

Samsung S5 Active. Now this is a cool piece of hardware. Is ANYONE working on something with these same capabilities? Does anyone know?

Nokia seems rugged by design.

I would expect Sony to cover the demands of an active device user IMO.
Very curious to see what Sony might jump in with.

Nokia came close to doing so by releasing a ruggedized shell for the 620, but backtracked by making it ridiculously rare.

I agree with Guytronic, though. Nokia phones are beasts in terms of durability.

I would love to see a rigged Windows Phone. I think there should be a ruggedized version of all phones _/('-')\_

As bulletproof as Nokia's are, I don't think any have IP67 and MIL-STD 810G certs. :-(
