Samsung apps update

I just had my high fidelity posistion and extra setting do an update! Anyone noticed what changed? The settings are still the same, bug fix??

Nothing yet. Looking forward to a repair to the issue.

Something that we may have not thought about until now: The way they did this was pretty good, I think. If those setting were built right into the firmware, it would require a firmware approval and update rollout. Plus, every new Focus S will have to start from square one and get the update when the user first plugs into Zune. With it being an app, it does not require the carrier approval process for firmware updates, just the Microsoft approval for app updates, and the app will already be up to date when first installed during device activation.

I may have to eat my words if this doesn't resolve the problems...

My screen seams brighter after the update. Auto dimer seams more stable to. Not sure about the positioning update yet I will do some more GPS testing on my way home.

Did anyone reboot to see effects, or just install app and notice a difference?

I just installedd it and noticed a diffrence no reboot.

When I did the update I noticed it right away without rebooting also. They need to be sure to update the comparison with the updates in place.
