Samsung Ativ S Stopped Vibrating?

Hi, I was using my phone and then suddenly the haptic feedback and any calls/texts stopped making the phone vibrate?
Anyone got any ideas?

what do you have your ringer set to? options / ringtones + sounds


did ya check to make sure haptic feedback is still on? options / settings / extra settings
