Samsung Focus problem! Help!!

Hey guys, so I have a problem which i cant seem to fix. So i turned off my phone for 30 minutes, and when I turned it on, the lock screen looked fine. However, right after I type in my password, the homepage does not show, and the screen only displays a black screen. The black screen only shows the time in the top right corner, and none of the capacitive buttons work. I have tried to turning the phone on and off and hard reseting the phone, but nothing helps to allieve the situation. Any Help?

So you tried removing any SD card.
Hard Reset via key combination (Vol DOWN + Camera + power)?

If you still have problems after this you may need to return to your AT&T Store.
