Samsung Odyssey - camera won't focus in 3rd party app

Trying to use Shippin' Buddy to track a shipment and I noticed that I cannot seem to get the camera to focus onto the tracking number barcode.

When I use the standard camera app, the camera is focused onto the tracking number barcode at the same distance. Can anything be done about this?

You can report it to the app developers and they can come up with a fix.
