Save app files

Is there a way to store app files on SD card or PC? I am going to hard reset and some apps I use are no longer available in the Store, so I want to sideload them after the hard reset

You could try to move them to your SD card. Get the SD card out and do the hard reset and place the SD card back.
Not sure if this works but I see no other way.
