Save video for offline mode?

Do you mean downloading and saving a Video locally to a PC? or a Windows phone?

Windows phone.. Lumia 1020.
I think I found a solution. I'm using "pocket file explorer" to copy the videos to a local folder. It's fine for now but I really want the option to offline mode in the OneDrive app. (as the same as dropbox client app in android).
