SB Keyboard issue, need some help

alright, my SB is up to date with all patches and everything. nothing special about it, but here lately, my keyboard just stops working. I mean none of the keys do anything , just out of nowhere. Reboot brings it back, just a pain to deal with, wondering if anyone else is having this issue or has seen a resolve for it.

Could it be the contact pins are dirty? Can you clean them with alcohol or spirit?

i will give that a shot, but honestly, i never take the screen off. will let you know.

just to reset the connection. My surface 3 sometimes has keyboard issues, I just snap off the keyboard and snap it back and all is okay

If your close to a Microsoft store you might want to take it in and let them look at it.
