sb2 15 store availability

I've tried configuring multiple surface book 15" models for store pick up. Every location states out of stock. Are these not in the brick and mortars yet or are they simply sold out? The 13 shows up just fine. I'm on the east coast.

I don't think they've ever been available in store, or at least not in a while. I ordered 3 for our company from the online store in December and overnight shipping was $17 so shipping is very reasonable. Standard is free and 2 - 3 day is $10.

ashame they aren't available in the Microsoft store. I get a student discount that's 10% across the board. according to Best buy's website they have the 15" in stock but their student discount is 150$. thanks for the info! hope you enjoy the surface book.

I bought a Sb2 15" with 512 GB SSD from MS online. I got the student/military discount and I'm not either. When I logged in using my MS account online it flashed that I'm eligible for the discount. My model is 2899 without the discount and 2609 with the discount.

I ended up going to best buy. they refused to match the 10% but they do give a $150 student discount coupon. I picked mine up for 2350. 256gb model.

That is if you have a MS account and you don't have to be a student or military.

I walked into the Microsoft store in my area 2 days ago and walked out with a Surface Book 2 15inch 1TB

ah lucky. I called MS store and they told me the stores in the area are sold out and they have no update on when they will receive more. On the bright side, i am in love with my new sb2 lol
