If its a warranty repair, contact Nokia. If its not, it still won't hurt to get a quote. I recently needed a phone repair for the first time in my life and was blown away by the quality of work and the price at a local repair shop. Ask around your area.

Check out Palco (do a search for Palco Cell Phone Repair). I just broke my screen today, and planning to send there if the seller won't replace (which I don't think they will). Estimate for 1520 screen replacement was $219. Cheapest digitizer/LCD assembly I found on ebay was $170, so the price from Palco (which includes return shipping) seems reasonable. Do a search of the forums for Palco...I saw several notes from folks who'd used them and seemed satisfied.
