screen frozen

Hi there is a problem with my Microsoft lumia 540. The screen got frozen and I cant do anything to unlock or use it. I have done the reset by using the volume down and power button combination. And also I have read an article saying 'boot the phone with a recovery software' connecting to a computer. Please help me fixing it.

Your phone is running on windows 8.1 or windows 10 ??

Try connecting it with a lap or pc n download the windows device recovery tool n follow the steps this will download the os n reboot ur phone.. Hope it helps..
