Screen is always on while charging

Finally got some problems after wearing my MS Band for about 2 months. Today the screen suddenly was on after it had been charging for a while. And it has been always on since then while charging. Pressed the power button the screen turned off and then turned on immediately.

Factory reset the band but it still has the problem. I think something inside has been broken.

Mine has always been like this - clock mode status on while charging...
