screen problem on Lumia 720

done a lot of resets and I also used Nokia Software Updater for retail the issue is still the same. I am really sad pls help me..

It's most likely a HW issue, not SW, so you should bring it to a service center.

Yep its the hardware issue. You should take it up to Nokia care where they would replace the part or get your device replaced if under warranty.

if a hard reset did not affect anything, its the hardware then.

even if you did not, its still highly likely that it is defective hardware that is feeding erroneous touch data to the phone.

I have exactly the same issue with my 720. I managed to fix it once by hard-resetting and re-seating the SIM card - not sure which of the 2 solved the problem though. The phone worked absolutely fine for about a month after which I have again run into the same issue, and not able to fix it this time.
Let me know if you were able to solve this issue.
