Screen rotation not working

A few days ago I dropped my phone and smashed my screen. After having my screen replaced I turned-on my phone to send a text but notice my screen rotation does not work. My phone is constantly stuck on portrait mode. I cannot change into landscape mode when I tilt my screen etc.

Any ideas?

The setting was added with the GDR3 update. Take a look here.

Unfortunately after installing the update and toggling the setting I see my phone still does not enter landscape orientation. Maybe it's a hardware issue? Afterall, I did drop my phone.

If it still doesn't work, it could well be that your device's sensor has been damaged.
