Nope, but some apps might have different assignments - for example in 6snap you can just press the shutter button to screenshot. System-wide, there is no other way.

You could use Lumia Beamer to project your phone screen to your computer and do a screen capture there... Roundabout way, but should work.

The button doesn't respond when I press it..dunno why
