screen shrinking issue

Hi

I uninstalling the Intel HD graphics driver and using a standard VGA, the flickering stopped.I have tried updating the graphics drivers many times but the issue still remains.

I think the issue might still be with the drivers. Try checking for updated drivers using the Intel Driver Update utility.
