After seeing both the 925 and 1020 sport AMOLED screens, I'm going to guess the 1520 will be AMOLED as well since it seems to be Nokia's new preference for high-end handsets.

On the high end the 920 was the exception. I agree in hoping its AMOLED as well. Three more weeks...
