Yes. Go to settings, storage sense, select phone memory, then apps. Select all the apps you want to move and click move to SD card at the bottom. Not all apps can be moved though.

My experience is that keeping Apps on SD card is not really efficient and can cause "Resuming."

Unless you are an App fiend and/or have a 16GB ATT model, it should not really be an issue keeping Apps on internal. I just use my SD for media (music, vidz) and Photos/Videos I shoot.
