Guys, Just now I swapped my class 4 memory card to class 10 32gb card..
When i copied old stufff to newer card, they are showing up in other memory of Storage sensewp_ss_20140504_0001.jpg

I don't think it would work with a copy paste, the best you should do is first moves the apps to the phone and then swap the cards and move it back

What I did was to first copy each of the folders to my laptop, then move the apps to my phone. Now turn off phone, remove old sd card, insert new sd card, format new sd card from phone, try to move apps back from phone to sd card. Now connect the phone to the laptop again, instead of moving all the folders back at the same time, i copy the contents one after the other (music, photos, etc.). I have done this like 3-4 times on my Lumia 810 it has been working fine till date

Well in that case I am out of ideas, could be a bug which might need a hard reset as the last resort, but again you know the consequences and benefits of it, good luck!

I have a similar issue. When I read that Windows Phone 8.1 didn't read microSD cards of class 4, I swapped my 8gb class 4 card with a 32gb class 10 one. Now, when I insert it in the phone it will only display "SD Card not found" in the storage sense app. I tried formatting it in FAT32 and exFAT and the same thing happens. The only difference is that when I inserted the same card with NTFS format, it displayed an error and asked for formatting. It failed the formatting after pressing the confirmation button. I have an HTC 8s and tried different brand cards, turning it off and on, force rebooting it and restoring the default settings.
