sd help on my nokia 1520

Hi all brought a 2nd hand nokia 1520 and inserted my sd card the phone doesnt even detect its there in storage sense so i did reset of the phone with and with the sd card in the phone and have also did a slow format to Fat32 and it still doesnt detect my sd card its an 8gig card.

Please help

Where did you get the 2nd hand 1520? Is it possible to inquire about its past defects - why it was sold in the first place?

No it was in cex I might try afresh install via recovery tool if that don't work not sure I've tried a few SD cards grrrrr

Let us know what you find, then. I suspect it's hardware, but who knows it could just be a software-level issue which the recovery tool could fix.

nope it didn't work, so ive got to contact them and let them now and see if they have another one x

That would be great - at least you noticed it immediately, they should be able to replace your unit. If you found out much later, the chance that they will replace it will be slimmer.

they said they will replace it and whats werid is today I thought I try it again and after 20th insert it beeped and is now working so strange maybe it was a bit wonky ha ha ha so no need to return x
