sd making duplicate files

my lumia 525 sd card all the music and video files are sowing 2to 5 times.I have also formated the sd card and add new againg it is ahoeing the same

I had that problem on my 1520, surprisingly its the phone that doing it, you need to hard reset it to get back to normal

Happened with me too. But dont worry it wont slow ur phone down or something else . I still have them in my phone. Good luck

Anything I try to copy to phone via explorer gets duplicated, but then I started syncing my files with PC app and everything is fine so far.
