search in IE and Kindle

After highlighting a phrase, IE does not have an option to search. Same with Kindle app, clicking on a word does not give a dictionary definition. Any comments?

I'm not sure about the kindle app, but in IE you can highlight a phrase and then click the search button (the magnifying glass next to your windows button) and it will search that phrase in Bing.
