Second mic doesn't work

Hey guys, got my new 1020 yesterday and update it all the way to the Denim update. I'm not sure if it caused by that, but now I can't make Voice messages on WhatsApp or facebook massager or voice search..any advices??

I had the same problem after I downgraded from 10 to 8.1, then updated to denim. What I did is I ordered microphone board parts on eBay and opened replaced the board myself and it solved my problem! Cortana can hear me again

I'm sorry mate, well that's what I have done. We never know, maybe yours is a software problem hopefully

I have the same problem (no Cortana, no speakerphone mic). It looks like it would be the mic by the headphone jack. Does this look like the right part to order? Headphone Headset Audio Head Jack Sound Microphone Mic Flex for Nokia Lumia 1020 | eBay
