Secondary Live Tile Update

I am trying to include a Secondary Live Tile Feature with a Scheduled Update but its very confusing since the Source is a website I don't know how to update it periodically with the notifications from the WEBSITE. I know the basics that I need to use Xml DOM and keep a timer but the problem is with the Implementation. So please if u could attach a Demo Sample with your explanation it would be very helpful.

I have already done my homework by reading for 5 hours on every possible article for Live Tile Update.
