MSN Weather update fixed Live Tile issue

Just noticed that the recent update to the MSN Weather app seems to have fixed the dead Live Tile issue that had been there for some time. When the tile works, it's a decent enough app.

(For some reason, I feel obliged to point out these little W10M wins whenever I see them...)
