"Select Moment" app not available for 830/Denim ?

I got a second 830 running Win10 that I downgraded to Denim to get the higher audio bitrate when recording videos but I can't seem to launch "Select Moments" from a video to capture some frames. It asks to go to the store to download an app but then doesn't find it. I did dowload an app called "Movie Moments" and I can open a video from there but can only trim the video, not save frames. Thanks for any help !
