Selective game app transfer

I need to know if there is anything, free, out there that can selectively transfer game app data from one device to another. Because, I don't need nor do I want everything transferred from my old device to my new one. From an IPhone 4S to an IPhone 5S. Any expedient help would be greatly appreciated.:crying:

Hey welcome to forums
If you have iTunes installed on your PC/laptop just take a full backup of your iPhone 4s , now connect your iPhone 5S and select restore from backup , select the iPhone 4s backup and voila you will have all your game/app data transferred to your iPhone 5S
