Selective Sync in Windows 8.1?

I remember seeing an option on one system to selectively sync but on Windows 8.1 with the built in client I'm not seeing it. Was it removed, never really there or is there a trick to it?

Ok, I think I get it now. OneDrive caches files. So they don't really fully "sync" unless you mark the folder offline.

This seems to have many people all burnt up online but I don't think Microsoft is doing a good job explaining how it works. Or at least explaining it to those of us who overthink technology. I don't think the support reps understand it either.

Now that I know what is going on I love the service even more.

There are people out there that think it's going to fill up their tablets and SSD drives. When in fact it doesn't.
