Selling My 521.

I'm going to be selling my lumia 521 (I upgraded to the 925), and I have one question. Since the 521 is off contract, can whoever I sell it to just put their Sim and be good to go?

If your friend is with the same carrier you are with then sure. But off contract does not mean unlocked, it may still be locked to the carrier you were on.

You will have to get T-Mobile to unlock it for you. Worth noting it will increase resale value.
