But send anywhere requires a wifi connection that can be done only by sending it through an internet connection.......im asking about the file transfer and software data cable in android

Dude ,,, found this tutorial to be awesome ,,, they show you 3 wifi direct file transfer apps available for Windows Phone : HOW TO Wifi File Transfer Windows Phone 8
Never know we had these apps ... Microsoft never promotes these apps !!!!
