Sending email with delay

so I came across a problem today,
I had written up a draft email, but didn't want to send it yet, as it would seem unprofessional to send a business email on a Sunday.
I tried to have cortana send it at a specified time, but it seems cortana does not link into email at all. Then i went looking for a way to do it on the Windows mail app, but the only option was to send it right away, same goes for outlook.com

now my question is, is there any way across the whole Microsoft ecosystem to save a draft, and specify a time for it to be sent?
so like, save and send at eg. 09:45 on 21/07/14 or something like that? so that when I've finished typing it I no longer have to worry about the draft?

any help would be appreciated
thanks

I'm actually wondering that myself, but from my experience with Google, MS, and my school's email, I don't think its a feature. I don't really remember well, but I thought Office Outlook might have had such a feature. (since I wanted to do midnight birthday emails) but I don't remember.

thanks for your tip, I just found that feature in Office Outlook. In case you are interested in finding it: when you write a new message, under the 'Options' tab, there is an option for 'Delay delivery' in which you can specify when and how it will be delivered (office 365). However, it just sits in your outbox until the appointed time, which makes me wonder if I need to have my computer powered up and outlook on, or it is then all done via the server, will update when I know more

EDIT: just tried it out, and it seems that Outlook has to be open for it to send at the specific time. I sent off an email, and then shut down my computer, the email was not delivered. I tried again, and this time a warning popped up telling me that if I closed Outlook, the email could not be sent until the next time it (Outlook, not the email) was opened.

That is correct.. Microsoft Outlook (the desktop program) will send emails at a specific time. AFAIK, it is the only email client that has such a feature.
