Service registration is missing or corrupt - Unable to install Updates

Unable to install any windows updates, when I ran Fixit I got this error "service registration is missing or corrupt". Performed "sfc /scannow" too! but no use.
If I try to install updates I get this error "Unable to install updates, Undoing changes".

Hi.. Did you figure out a fix for this issue then? Its seems like I'm having the same issue now..
