Setup HP Stream 7 for child?

Have this tablet collecting dust. Was going to get a durable case and make it a youtube tablet for my son.

Is there a best way to lock it down so start menu can't be edited by him? Curious if anyone has done this.

1. Set up an admin account with you as the admin and a password you child will not know. Make sure you won't lose the password.
2. Set up a standard user account for your son (with his own password if he wants one).
Without admin privileges, your child will not be able to download, edit settings etc etc.

Will that be enough to satisfy your request ?

Just curious :
Does the HP Stream 7 get real hot in prolong usage as it has been reported ?
