Share: deleted email account shows in list of Share options

When I select Share from within an app, an old email account that I deleted appears in the list.

1) Is anyone else seeing deleted email accounts in the Share list?

2) Has anyone found a way to "refresh" the Share list to show only installed apps/accounts?

More than that, have you been able to use share feature after the Windows 8.1 preview have been updated? Mine takes me back to the app each time I tried share. So now it does not work. Got any ideas to make this work again? Thank you.
