What's going on with this feature? Why isn't it working? The only app I know that has it implemented is MSPOWERUSER.

Why can't I start reading an article on EDGE on my phone and finish on my surface? Or vice versa?

If you use the "hand off" app, you can send it to your other devices via the share icon. I know this isn't what you mean, or what you want precisely, but until it does, its a pretty good sub.
