Shared Links Cause Constant Refresh/File Not Found Error

I've now found recently that when I create a link in OneDrive to share a specific file everything seems to work fine...Until the recipient of the link tries to open the link and it brings them to OneDrive and causes the page to keep reloading and/or states File Not Found. They ever see the file open. This has happened multiple times and through multiple days. I can open the files just fine.

Any Thoughts?
