Sharing purchased apps with multiple accounts

I have two live accounts. I have made some app purchases with both the accounts. Now, I have configured one of these accounts as default Microsoft account on my NL520. Can I somehow link my other live account with this one in order to avoid repurchase the apps that were purchased with other account?
