Should I buy a Lumia??

i like the phone but I have read reviews about the other storage problems :unhappysweat: and that the amber update didnt fix this, only control it a little.:unhappy:
i just want to know if this is still a big problem from you guys that already have a nokia phone.:wink:

Don't forget the horrible picture quality after Amber as well haha. Seriously though the only alternatives are cruddy HTC, Samsung and iSheep. Nokia is the way to go. Windows Phone 8 isn't even a year old yet, have faith.

Despite little problems, if I were buying a new phone today, I'd still buy a Lumia.

Lol. Other is not a problem. It's misunderstood. Every phone OS has other. It's not an overwhelming problem. People who update their phones are gaining back tons of storage.

Awesome phone. "Other" in storage never has concerned me. Not an issue.

I got a Lumia 920 about 2-3 weeks ago and immediately flashed it to Amber/GDR2 update. Other clocks in at a bit under a GB, which I think it reasonable. Keep in mind, "Other" is present in other OSes too, its just that in pre-GDR2/Amber it wasn't cleaned out properly

I've had my 920 since March. No major problems so far. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat if I were switching from iOS or Android.
