I've read many comments talking about reboots being a hardware issue.

I had 3-4 reboots a day with my first 950xl. With this current one (second replacement) I get one reboot every 1-2 days. Unlike my first one, I did a hard reset before restoring a backup.

Is this now down to the the software? Should I do a hard reset and installation from scratch before returning this one? Or do I have another lemon, albeit a less sour one? I am on the latest non-insider build (.29).

Unlike my first phone, this one has an incredible amount of back cover flex. The whole bottom portion creaks half a milimeter in when squeezed. Has anyone else experienced this?

are you restoring backup made in other phone? if yes, this may cause system instability.

I fix it with Lumia Recovery tool for windows. And don't restore backups!!!! Now my phone is awesome ☺

Return it. I just exchanged mine and the MS girl said they constantly get exchanges, mostly bc of the horrible battery life
