Threads Merged.

User... Do not create multiple threads on your issue. It actually works against you as any advice gets scattered around and a coherent conversation cannot develop as easily...

I have the Lumia 950 XL. On my phone, I have been a Fast Ring user since day 1. Every build has been much better than the last, and using as main phone. I do wait for Microsoft blog post to show up to know what is the downsides (so that I switch to slow ring if anything, but so far, nothing has really affected me so far).

14295 has a number of problems that Windows Central's users have noticed and reported on. I'd recommend reviewing threads that talk about bugs or issues before making that plunge.

I'd suggest that you start on the Slow ring to get your phone updated to 10586.164 and be ready for when the Redstone builds are stable enough to push down to the Slow ring. After reading the threads here on the issues with 14295, you can make a decision.

If you want a stable experience with minimal issues get the production build

if you want to deal with all the bugs that comes with testing pre release software (and apparently there are a bunch) jump in the fast ring.

the choice is yours. Choose wisely
