Should you wait for the Surface Phone or go with the 950XL?

My lumia 1020 is bow as buggy as hell and battery is dying. Should I stick with my 1020 and wait for the Surface Phone or go with the 950?

go for the 950. we're still not sure whether there is a real "surface"phone
