In Windows 10 Mobile you can set the tile transparency to 100% and basically the tiles disappear.

Battery Sense does the battery percentage on the lock screen, not sure which app does the temperature though.

I'm using Insider for the battery and 4castr for the temperature. Those are also the two live tiles at the top right of my home screen. They almost match perfectly.
